Job Purpose:
Ahli Bank is seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Business Analyst to join our Center of Excellence. In this strategic role, you will be instrumental in enhancing organizational performance through data-driven insights, process optimization, and automation alignment. You will work closely with stakeholders across departments to drive efficiency, improve service quality, and support the bank’s digital transformation initiatives.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Follow up on the implementation of recommendations from organizational and numerical studies.
- Analyze and evaluate study outcomes related to workforce planning.
- Ensure recommendations are applied effectively to improve work quality and efficiency.
- Oversee bank-wide process automation projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to expedite automation initiatives.
- Monitor the quality and relevance of developed technical solutions to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Track implementation and performance of SLAs across business units.
- Conduct regular performance analyses comparing actual results to targets.
- Provide analytical reports and improvement recommendations.
- Participate in designing and optimizing banking processes.
- Document and analyze current workflows to identify improvement and re-engineering opportunities.
- Ensure process efficiency aligns with organizational goals.
- Prepare periodic analytical reports highlighting process development, digital transformation progress, and service quality.
- Offer actionable recommendations to support informed decision-making.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in business process management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
- Experience with automation tools and digital transformation initiatives.
- Familiarity with SLA frameworks and performance monitoring.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of data analysis or visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
