Job Brief:
This role is responsible for handling drivers visiting the office, answering inquiries, and supporting driver registration, activation, and onboarding processes. The role also supports daily operations tasks, follows up with drivers, and ensures all required steps are completed to maintain smooth operations and meet supply targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle drivers visiting the office and respond to their inquiries
- Support driver registration, activation, and onboarding processes
- Follow up with drivers regarding permit issuance and required documents
- Update driver information on the system
- Hand over permits to drivers after completing the required process
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for driver activation
- Call drivers for follow-up on registration and permit requirements
- Support daily operations tasks to ensure smooth workflow
- Help maintain driver supply according to operational targets
Requirements
- Previous sales or customer service experience or related role preferred. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply!
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
- Ability to empathize with and prioritize customer needs
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
