We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented team member to support our Operations team by handling outbound calls with drivers in KSA and assisting with various on-demand operational tasks. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth communication, efficient task execution, and supporting daily operational goals.
Requirements

Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve call targets, maintain high quality and strong communication, and meet task deadlines
- Conduct outbound calls with drivers in KSA to provide support and gather necessary information
- Assist the Operations team with ad-hoc tasks and ensure timely execution
- Meet daily and weekly call targets while maintaining high communication standards
- Ensure accuracy, professionalism, and efficiency in all assigned tasks
- Collaborate with internal teams to support operational needs.
