We are a growing automotive service center in Amman, specializing in maintenance, diagnostics, and spare parts for all types of vehicles. Our team is expanding, and we are looking for a motivated and professional Service Advisor to join our customer-facing team.
Job Summary:
As a Service Advisor, you will be the link between customers and the workshop. Your role is to understand the customers’ vehicle issues, coordinate with technicians, prepare job orders, and ensure excellent service quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and understand their service needs.
- Prepare accurate job cards and work orders.
- Communicate customer concerns clearly to technicians.
- Explain repair and maintenance work to customers.
- Provide cost estimates and get customer approvals.
- Follow up with technicians on job progress and update customers accordingly.
- Ensure timely vehicle delivery and collect customer feedback.
- Maintain service records and support warranty processing.
- Coordinate closely with parts and workshop teams.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer-facing automotive role.
- Knowledge of automotive systems and repairs is essential.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Good computer skills; experience with ERP/CRM is important.
- Fluent in Arabic; basic English required.
- High school diploma or higher; automotive diploma is a plus.
