Sales & Marketing Account Executive (Agency Experience Required)

Martech is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Account Executive to join our growing team.
If you have a solid background in marketing or creative agencies, and you're confident walking into offices, pitching directly to decision-makers, and closing deals — we want to hear from you.
You’ll be at the frontline of our growth efforts, combining digital outreach with on-the-ground, face-to-face sales to build relationships and win new business.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify potential B2B clients for our marketing and creative services
- Actively visit offices, pitch our services in person, and represent Martech professionally
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based client relationships
- Collaborate with our internal creative and strategy teams to develop tailored proposals
- Attend industry events, networking functions, and client meetings
- Keep detailed records of leads, opportunities, and progress toward sales targets
Must-Have Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in a sales or business development role within a marketing, digital, or creative agency
- Solid understanding of services such as social media marketing, SEO, digital ads, branding, and content creation
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills — both written and in person
- A confident, well-spoken presence when meeting clients face-to-face
- Strong closing skills and a track record of achieving sales targets

- Experience using CRM tools and managing sales pipelines
