Key Accountabilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns to achieve targeted customer acquisition and retention goals, ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy of the Consumer Business Unit.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, informing the development of effective marketing strategies.
- Utilize data analytics to evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns, identify areas for optimization, and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer acquisition rate, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
- Lead the planning and execution of promotional events and activities, both online and offline, to enhance brand awareness and generate leads.
- Stay abreast of the latest marketing technologies, trends, and best practices, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance marketing capabilities and drive innovation.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Telecom Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or Business.
- 5-7 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the telecommunications or technology industry.
