Job Title: Procurement & Supply Chain Manager
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized and strategic Procurement & Supply Chain Manager to lead our procurement activities and supply chain operations. In this role, you will be responsible to overseen procurement cycle, to gain an efficient inventory management, and to support our restaurant chain's growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective purchasing strategies to meet the company’s operational needs and financial goals.
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to establish beneficial partnerships and ensure consistent supply to be end-up with supplier management.
- Monitor inventory levels across all locations, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing waste.
- Oversee the logistics of goods from suppliers to various restaurant locations, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Continuously assess and enhance procurement and supply chain processes for efficiency and cost savings.
- Resolve issues related to supplier performance, product quality, or order discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other essential data using ERP or procurement systems, as well as whatso ever required for supply chain.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and ethical sourcing standards.
- Lead and mentor a team of procurement and supply chain professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, relevant certifications like CIPS is a great plus.
- 12+ years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management, 5 years within similar field.
- Proven negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Proficiency in purchasing software or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in the food and beverage industry, profession in English is mandatory.
