Ensure smooth and efficient execution of consulting projects by coordinating day-to-day project activities, maintaining accurate documentation, and supporting Service Line Leaders in tracking progress, deliverables, and client requirements.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and track the end-to-end progress of consulting projects, ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
- Prepare high-quality client-facing presentations, reports, and internal documentation.
- Collect and consolidate progress updates from the consulting team; validate status with the Service Line Leader.
- Organize and maintain project documentation, including proposals, contracts, deliverables, invoices, and client communication.
- Ensure project milestones, timelines, and deliverables are tracked using appropriate project management tools.
- Act as the central point of coordination between the consulting team, finance, and clients for administrative and operational matters.
- Collect client feedback at project close-out; summarize findings and prepare internal debrief documents.
- Assist in preparing and conducting internal and client project review meetings.
- Follow up on action items, risks, and pending approvals with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Support post-project activities, including documentation archiving and lessons-learned reporting.
- Maintain templates, trackers, and standard tools used across consulting projects.
- Help coordinate resources and schedules across overlapping projects.

Role Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in project coordination, project administration, or operational support, preferably within a consulting, professional services, or project-based environment.
- Proven experience in tracking project timelines, preparing client-ready presentations, and coordinating deliverables across teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
