Role Description
We’re looking for a Junior Product Associate who’s enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and ready to dive into product development. You’ll be working closely with our Product Manager and cross-functional teams to help build features that enhance our user experience and operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Product Manager in planning, tracking, and delivering product features
- Help collect and analyze customer feedback, user behavior, and market trends
- Assist in writing clear product requirements and user stories
- Coordinate with design, engineering, and operations teams to ensure smooth product development
- Participate in product testing and quality checks
- Monitor product performance and support in preparing reports and presentations
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitors in the mobility space
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- 0–1 years of experience in product, tech, or startup environment (internships count!)
- Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
- Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Figma, Notion, or similar is a plus
- Passion for mobility, user experience, and solving real-world problems
