Job Overview
The Financial Reporting Analyst is responsible for delivering timely, accurate, and insightful financial reports and supporting group-level consolidation activities. This role plays a key part in ensuring the integrity of financial data, supporting the month-end and year-end closing processes, and assisting in financial analysis to support strategic decision-making. The analyst will also collaborate with various finance teams and subsidiaries to enhance reporting standards, ensure compliance with IFRS, and provide valuable input into budgeting and planning cycles.

Job Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of group consolidated financial statements on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis, including reconciliation of intercompany transactions and balances.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Compile, analyze, and review monthly financial statements received from group subsidiaries.
- Prepare variance analysis reports comparing actual performance against budgets and prior periods.
- Monitor and track capital expenditures against approved budgets.
- Coordinate with subsidiaries to collect financial data and provide support on key finance topics.
- Assist in preparing audit schedules and respond to inquiries from internal and external auditors.
- Stay up to date with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and provide technical accounting support to the finance team.
- Participate in financial analysis projects to identify performance trends and support management decision-making.
- Collaborate with the budgeting team by providing financial data and assisting in the review of budget plans and forecasts.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in financial reporting or accounting.
- Solid understanding of IFRS and financial statement preparation.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) is preferred.
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
