Role Overview
At Adpro&, we believe content isn’t just made, its felt. We’re looking for a culture-tuned, creatively wired content creator with 2-3 years of experience and a natural instinct for making people pause mid-scroll.
This role isn’t about pretty posts or chasing views. It’s about creating content that sticks, that moves people, builds brands and captures attention with intention. From algorithm-friendly TikToks to Instagram reels that tell a visual narrative, you know how to make content with rareness, rhythm and relevance.
Main Responsibilities
- Generate creative ideas and concepts for social media content, including text, images, & videos.
- Develop high-quality, engaging, and shareable content that aligns with the brand's voice and messaging.
- Collaborate with the CS Managers and other stakeholders to understand audience personas, industry trends, and campaign objectives.
- Ensure content is tailored to different social media platforms and their specific audience preferences.
- Brainstorming, briefing, and overseeing the production of content related to client’s launches and new projects
- Shooting, editing, creating and finalizing of social media content. Including Reels, TikToks, and short social media videos using graphic design tools and software.
- Maintain a consistent visual style and brand identity across all social media platforms.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, and platform updates.
- Manage the storytelling behind each creative output to ensure it is clear, concise, and true to the content.
- Experiment with different content formats and posting schedules to maximize reach and engagement.
- Coming up with proactive ideas and implementation for the clients, to upsell and increase revenue
Skills & Competencies
- 2–3 years of experience in content creation for brands or agencies
- Proficiency in short-form video editing and basic graphic design tools
- Strong visual sense and understanding of platform behavior
- A passion for storytelling, creative collaboration, and digital culture
- Degree in Marketing or a related field
- Experience working in or with creative/marketing agencies
