Role Overview
We are seeking a Social Media Specialist with strong analytical, strategic, and communication skills to support and manage social media initiatives in a large-scale ICT environment. The role involves monitoring social media activities, evaluating performance metrics, and driving engagement strategies aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and optimize social media activities across platforms
- Monitor trends, audience behaviors, and competitor actions
- Generate performance reports and actionable insights
- Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging and campaigns
- Conduct industry and competition analysis to inform strategy
- Apply project management practices to ensure timely and efficient campaign delivery
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 3 years of professional experience in ICT or a similar environment
- Minimum 1 year of experience specifically as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, digital media, or related field
- Professional certification in social media, marketing, or communications
- Knowledge of project management practices and methodologies
- Preferred: Certifications in Agile Delivery (e.g., PMI-ACP, PSM)
- Experience with digital trends and analytics platforms
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
- Native Arabic speaker preferred
