Key Responsibilities
• Target Market Focus: Manage and grow the key customer base of VIP and SVIP users of the livestreaming app in the Gulf region, leveraging strong knowledge of local culture, preferences, and engagement behavior.
• Manage and Engage: Handle a portfolio of SVIP and VIP users within assigned markets, ensuring high satisfaction and engagement.
• Relationship Building: Establish and maintain trusted, long-term relationships as the users’ primary consultant, ensuring consistent communication and engagement through official channels.
• Data Analysis & Insights: Track recharge patterns, behavior, and activity trends using Excel or analytical tools to deliver actionable insights and recommendations.
• Retention & Service Excellence: Detect early signs that a user may stop being active, implement targeted reactivation strategies, and deliver exceptional, personalized customer service.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to resolve user issues, optimize the user journey, and improve overall satisfaction.
• Strategic Problem-Solving: Apply critical thinking, problem-solving, and strategic planning to address complex user needs and boost engagement results.
• Performance Reporting: Prepare and present performance reports, dashboards and updates while keeping user data and records accurate.
