Job Description – User Management Advisor
Responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of VIP users across assigned Gulf region markets, driving long-term engagement, satisfaction, and retention for the platform.
-VIP User Portfolio management
Own and manage a dedicated portfolio of VIP users across assigned Gulf region markets. Serve as their primary point of contact, maintaining consistent, high-quality communication through official channels and ensuring strong day-to-day engagement.
-Relationship building
Build trusted, long-term relationships with users by leveraging a deep understanding of Gulf region culture, preferences, and engagement behavior. Act as a knowledgeable and reliable advisor who users can depend on.
-Data analysis & insights
Monitor and analyze user recharge patterns, activity levels, and behavioral trends using Excel or equivalent analytical tools. Translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations that inform engagement and retention strategies.
-Cross-functional collaboration
Work closely with product, operations, and support teams to resolve user issues efficiently, advocate for improvements to the user journey, and help ensure a seamless overall platform experience.
