Responsibilities:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Architect/Senior Architect to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Architect, you will lead architectural projects from conception through completion, ensuring design integrity, adherence to budgetary and scheduling constraints, and overall client satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to translate project requirements into successful designs.
- Lead architectural design efforts for projects of various scales and complexities.
- Develop concept designs, presentations, and design documents.
- Oversee the preparation of design drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality and adherence to design intent during construction.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
- Mentor and guide junior staff members in their professional development.
- Participate in business development activities, including proposal writing and client presentations.
Requirements:
- B.Sc. degree in Architecture, master's degree is preferred.
- Licensed Architect preferred.
- 6-15 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent writing, communication and presentation skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency with Revit and BIM.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with sustainable design principles is a plus.
- PMP accreditation is preferable.
- Previous experience in managing healthcare projects is a plus.
