Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and strategic Sales Supervisor – Growth
Consultant to lead and expand our sales efforts within the EdTech sector. This
role combines team leadership with a strong focus on identifying growth
opportunities, optimizing sales processes, and driving revenue through
innovative strategies and deep engagement with the education market.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support a team of sales consultants, ensuring performance targets are met or exceeded.
- Develop and implement growth strategies to expand market reach and increase customer acquisition.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the education sector (schools, universities, training centers, etc.).
- Conduct market analysis to stay ahead of trends and inform strategic decisions.
- Build and nurture relationships with key clients and decision-makers in the education ecosystem.
- Provide coaching, training, and mentorship to the sales team to enhance productivity and professional development.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
- Monitor sales metrics, prepare performance reports, and recommend improvements.
- Lead high-level client meetings and negotiations, particularly with strategic accounts.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in sales, including at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong understanding of the EdTech industry, education sector dynamics, and digital learning solutions.
- Proven ability to lead teams and achieve sales targets.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and market trends.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, education, marketing, or a related field.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics software.
- Ability and willingness to travel for client visits and team management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B or institutional sales, particularly in the education or SaaS sectors.
- Demonstrated success in scaling sales operations and leading high-growth initiatives.
