Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced
Content Manager to lead content strategy, development, and management across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will ensure content quality, alignment with brand standards, and delivery of engaging experiences across web, social media, and other channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the content strategy in line with business goals.
- Oversee content creation, editing, publishing, and governance.
- Ensure consistency in brand tone, messaging, and visual standards.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and development teams.
- Monitor content performance and optimize based on analytics.
- Implement content workflows, calendars, and approval processes.
- Manage CMS platforms and content publishing tools.
- Stay up to date with digital content trends and best practices.
Requirements
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in ICT in a large entity.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in content management roles.
Certifications
- Certified in content management or digital marketing (preferred).
- Agile delivery certifications such as PMI-ACP, PSM (preferred).
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- Master’s degree in a relevant business area is a plus.
Skills
- Strong understanding of digital content lifecycle and SEO.
- Hands-on experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal).
- Proficiency in content analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Excellent English written and verbal communication; Arabic is a plus.
- Strategic thinker with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Able to manage multiple projects and work cross-functionally.
