Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Amman, Jordan, for a Junior Operations Officer. The Junior Operations Officer will be responsible for supporting day-to-day operations, managing and analyzing data, and assisting with financial tasks. The role also includes handling communications, facilitating training programs, and ensuring the smooth operations of all activities. The Junior Operations Officer will work closely with different departments to improve operational efficiency and support the company's mission.
Qualifications

- Excellent Analytical skills and Operations Management abilities
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field
- Experience in the training or education industry is a plus
