Role Description
We’re looking for a Social Media Marketing Specialist to join us full-time on-site at our Amman, Jordan office.
As part of the Martech team, you'll lead the charge in managing and creating high-performing social media content, with a special focus on Instagram strategies, building impactful digital campaigns, and driving engagement across multiple platforms.
You'll collaborate daily with clients and team members, bringing fresh ideas, executing innovative campaigns, and contributing to the dynamic pulse of Martech.
Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage social media content with a strong focus on Instagram storytelling and engagement.
- Develop and implement creative digital marketing strategies tailored to client goals.
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns for maximum impact.
- Foster strong communication with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment and success.
- Stay ahead of social trends, algorithm updates, and platform innovations to keep Martech campaigns at the forefront.
Qualification
- Proven expertise in Social Media Marketing and Content Creation, especially for Instagram.
- Strong background in Digital Marketing and strategic campaign development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Hands-on experience in social media management tools and platforms.
- Team player with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Knowledge of SEO fundamentals and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Insights).
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
