About the Role:We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Projects Coordinator and Quality Officer to join our operations team. You will be responsible for coordinating internal projects, managing task execution, ensuring quality standards, and fostering efficient communication across teams. This role is key to maintaining structured workflows and delivering high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:Project and Task Coordination:- Manage task lists using project management tools like Trello, Jira, or Asana.
- Assign responsibilities to team members and track progress against deadlines.
- Regularly update statuses and ensure alignment with project plans.
Team Coordination and Communication:- Maintain seamless communication between departments.
- Organize and document meetings, follow up on action items.
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager to resolve project blockers.
Reporting and Performance Monitoring:- Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports based on team inputs.
- Track KPIs and performance against project timelines.
- Propose solutions in case of delays or process gaps.
Quality Assurance and Improvement:- Review outputs to ensure compliance with internal quality standards.
- Collect feedback and initiate improvement plans.
- Monitor internal satisfaction and execution quality.
Support in Process Development:- Contribute to the development of templates, tools, and workflows.
- Support documentation of procedures and best practices.
- Assist in training team members on operational tools.
Additional Tasks:- Assist in creating presentations and operational reports.
- Coordinate training initiatives to improve team effectiveness.
Qualifications:Education:- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Certification or training in project management (CAPM, PMP, or equivalent) is a plus.
Experience:- 1–5 years of experience in a similar role involving project coordination, task management, and/or quality assurance.
- Strong hands-on experience using project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, Monday, or equivalent.
- Prior experience working with cross-functional teams is highly valued.
