Accountabilities and Key Roles:
- Implement and assist in managing and evolving the Cards as a Service platform by ensuring its modularity, scalability, security, and seamless integration with digital and core banking systems.
- Develop the lifecycle management of card issuing, processing and tokenization, within the CaaS infrastructure.
- Assist in the design, development, and governance of card APIs to support end-to-end integrations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and improvement in CaaS services.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of CaaS API’s to identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in supporting the CaaS by contributing to the development of use cases and ensuring alignment with business objectives and partner needs.
- Ensure robust testing of the CaaS related activates to maintain a high-quality product.
- Ensuring compliance across jurisdictions by aligning with internal governance and global digital banking standards.
- Evaluate client feedback in frequent basis to improve service quality.
Job Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
Experience:
- 5 - 7 years of experience in cards related digital operations or cards digital transformation roles within the banking or financial services industry.
Competencies:
- Good understanding of cards lifecycle, card issuing, tokenization.
- Capability in API strategy, productization, documentation, and partner enablement.
- project and product management skills with agile delivery exposure.
- Problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of compliance, risk, and security aspects related to digital banking and APIs.
