Role Description
This role involves recruiting and hiring a team of agents, providing them with comprehensive training on company products, compliance standards, and effective sales techniques. The Issuing Agent is expected to coach and mentor team members regularly, ensuring they meet individual and team sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service. By fostering a supportive and goal-driven environment, the Issuing Agent drives growth, promotes ethical selling practices, and contributes to the overall success of the organization.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Proficiency with relevant software and office tools
- Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Economy, Accounting, Insurance and risk management or a related field
- Minimum experience of 2 years in sales is preferred.
