Key Responsibilities
• Travel Planning & Packaging: Create tailored travel packages for diverse clients, including honeymooners and families, ensuring unforgettable journeys.
• Supplier Coordination: Work with global suppliers and maintain strong partnerships to secure the best deals and options.
• Reservation & Ticketing Expertise: Manage bookings for flights, accommodations, cruises, and more using advanced reservation and ticketing systems. such Galileo and Amadeus
• Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional service to clients, addressing their needs with professionalism and care.
• Sales & Upselling: Utilize persuasive sales techniques to recommend and upsell travel services, boosting client satisfaction and company success.
• Professional Reporting: Prepare detailed reports using Microsoft Excel and Word to track bookings, sales, and client feedback.
What We’re Looking For
• Travel Industry Experience: Proven expertise in travel planning, ticketing, and cruise reservations.
• World Traveler: Personal travel experience to at least 3-4 cities outside Jordan is essential.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with reservation systems, ticketing platforms, and Microsoft Office tools (Excel & Word).
• Sales & Customer Service Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to deliver top-notch service and close sales.
• Research Skills: Ability to conduct thorough market and destination research to offer the best travel solutions.
• Attention to Detail & Grooming: Impeccable grooming and a keen eye for details are vital for delivering a premium client experience.
