JOB PURPOSE
The Supply Planning Services Associate at Azadea's Business Services is responsible for conducting transactional supply planning activities to deliver an effective and efficient end-to-end service to the group.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute transactions following specified procedures to ensure the accurate and timely recording and control of all transactions. - Receive, process, and carry out requests to ensure they are promptly and properly handled as per set business requirements. - Maintain a high level of control by promptly reporting significant problems and instances of non-compliance to the hierarchy and resolving issues promptly. - Guarantee the delivery and maintenance of a high level of customer service, ensuring internal customers' satisfaction by meeting all internal SLAs and promptly following up on requests.
