Job Summary:
The Reservation is responsible for managing and processing reservations for clients, ensuring accurate bookings, and providing exceptional customer service. This role involves handling reservations for travel, accommodations, and other services, and addressing client inquiries and requests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reservation Management: Handle and process reservations for travel, accommodations, and other services. Ensure accuracy and efficiency in booking procedures.
- Client Interaction: Interact with clients via phone, email, or in person to assist with reservations, answer inquiries, and provide information on available options and pricing.
- Booking Systems: Use reservation and booking systems to check availability, make reservations, and update client information. Ensure all booking details are accurately recorded.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the reservation process. Address and resolve any issues, changes, or cancellations promptly and professionally.
- Documentation: Prepare and send confirmation documents, including itineraries, tickets, and booking vouchers. Ensure all documentation is accurate and complete.
- Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with hotels, airlines, car rental agencies, and other service providers to secure reservations and confirm availability.
- Payment Processing: Manage payment processes, including invoicing and billing. Ensure accurate and timely processing of payments and refunds.
- Compliance: Ensure all reservations comply with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant policies and procedures.
- Reporting: Prepare and maintain records of reservations, cancellations, and customer feedback. Provide regular reports on reservation activities and performance metrics.
- Market Knowledge: Stay informed about travel trends, industry developments, and available services. Provide clients with the latest information and recommendations.
- Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any issues related to reservations, including discrepancies, special requests, or changes. Ensure a positive resolution and client satisfaction.
