Job Title: Customer Service and Order Management Specialist
Location: Amman, near Khalda (Preferred)
Salary: Starting from 325 JD (with potential for increase based on performance)
Shift Schedule:
- Shift 1: 12:00 PM - 7:00 PM
- Shift 2: 6:00 PM - 1:00 AM
- (7 hours per shift)
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service and Order Management Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the key point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, managing orders, and ensuring smooth fulfillment processes. You will work closely with the operations team to maintain high standards of service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Create, edit, and manage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Follow up with customers regarding order status and resolve any issues.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of orders and delivery schedules.
- Collaborate with the team to meet customer expectations and improve service delivery.
- Provide expert advice on gaming industry products and services, utilizing in-depth knowledge of gaming hardware, accessories, and games.
- Keep track of inventory and assist in product availability checks with vendors when necessary.
- Be flexible with shift assignments and willing to adapt to changing work requirements as needed.
- Assist in maintaining customer records and reports for tracking purposes.
- Sign contracts and complete all necessary paperwork related to the role.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken Arabic and English.
- Strong understanding of the gaming industry and related products (consoles, accessories, games, etc.).
- Previous experience in customer service or order management is preferred.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in managing orders and customer data.
- Flexibility to work in varying shifts and potentially after-hours if required.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
