Job Title: Customer Service & Order Management Specialist
Location: Amman, near Khalda (Preferred)
Salary: 350 JD
Shift: 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM
About Us:
Join our dynamic team as a Customer Service & Order Management Specialist. We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to provide exceptional service to our customers while managing orders and ensuring seamless fulfillment processes. This role will involve close collaboration with the operations team to maintain the highest standards of service and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries across multiple communication channels, including phone and email.
- Accurately create, manage, and edit customer orders.
- Follow up with customers on order status, addressing and resolving any concerns.
- Ensure timely processing and delivery of orders.
- Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed customer expectations.
- Provide expert advice on gaming products, including consoles, accessories, and games.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in product availability checks with vendors when necessary.
- Maintain accurate customer records and assist with report tracking.
- Flexibility to adapt to shift changes and additional work requirements as needed.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Solid understanding of the gaming industry and related products.
- Prior experience in customer service or order management is a plus.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Capable of multitasking and working both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility with working hours, including after-hours if required.
