Reporting To: Regional HR Director
Job Purpose: The HR Business Partner (HRBP) acts as a strategic partner to the business, providing HR expertise and guidance to support organizational objectives. The role involves driving HR initiatives, employee engagement, workforce planning, and ensuring compliance with HR policies while fostering a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Partnership:
- Collaborate with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
- Provide data-driven insights and HR solutions to support business decisions.
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning:
- Work with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies.
- Support workforce planning to ensure optimal talent deployment.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
- Serve as a trusted advisor for employee concerns, ensuring a positive work environment.
- Implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance productivity and retention.
Performance Management & Development:
- Guide managers on performance management best practices.
- Support talent development and succession planning.
HR Policy & Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and ethical HR practices.
- Manage disciplinary processes and grievance handling.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure competitive compensation structures.
- Provide guidance on rewards and recognition programs.
Change Management & Organizational Development:
- Support change initiatives by advising leaders on effective people strategies.
- Assist in cultural transformation and organizational development programs.
HR Metrics & Reporting:
- Utilize HR analytics to track key performance indicators.
- Prepare reports to inform HR strategies and business decisions.
Key Requirements:
Education & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent) is an advantage.
Experience:
- Minimum [5] years of HR experience, with at least [3] years in an HRBP role.
- Proven track record in HR strategy, employee relations, and talent management.
