Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement integrated, multi-channel marketing strategies for both internal initiatives and client projects
• Lead end-to-end campaign management—from planning and creative direction to execution, performance tracking, and post-campaign analysis
• Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering their growth and ensuring high performance and collaboration
• Ensure cohesive brand messaging and oversee content strategies across all platforms, including social media, web, email, and print
• Coordinate with creative, content, and performance marketing teams to ensure alignment with strategic goals
• Build strong client relationships by understanding their business objectives and delivering tailored marketing solutions
• Analyze campaign data to optimize strategies, maximize ROI, and uncover new opportunities

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Minimum 4 years of experience in marketing or digital strategy, with proven leadership in a team-oriented environment—preferably within an agency setting
• Strong expertise in digital platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media strategy
• Proficiency with analytics and marketing tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Meta Business Suite, or similar platforms
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills with a knack for both creative direction and data-driven decision making
• Ability to handle multiple projects and client needs while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines
