Role Description
As a Partnerships Analyst will support our strategic partnerships and business development efforts at Omnify. This role will focus on research and analysis, sourcing and engaging new partners, maintaining relationships and ensuring seamless documentation and reporting.
The ideal candidate is self-driven, analytical, and eager to learn, with strong communication skills and attention to detail
Key Roles & Accountabilities
Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct research on potential partners, market trends and industry insights
- Analyze partnership performance and identify areas for growth
- Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize partnerships
Sourcing & Engagement:
- Assist in building a strong pipeline of potential collaborations
- Support in outreach efforts, including emails, calls and meetings
Strategic Partnerships Management:
- Assist in onboarding and managing strategic partnerships
- Track performance metrics and provide actionable insight
Documentation & Reporting:
- Prepare partnership agreements, presentations and reports
- Ensure accurate record-keeping of all partnership activities
- Provide regular updates and performance reports to stakeholders
Collaboration & Learning:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product and finance
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors and innovative partnership models
- Adapt quickly to new challenges and take initiative in problem-solving
Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in business development, partnerships, consulting, finance, or a related field
- Experience in a fintech, banking, or startup environment is a plus
- Familiarity with financial services, embedded finance or banking as a service (BaaS) is advantageous
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus
Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written)
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
