SkyTech is looking for a dedicated
Sales & Marketing Support Officer to enhance our sales and marketing operations and contribute to our business growth.
- Coordinate with the sales team to schedule and follow up on client meetings.
- Follow up with potential and existing clients to collect essential information.
- Prepare and maintain client information using Zoho CRM or any approved system.
- Create proposal presentations and respond to RFPs in English.
- Draft proposals and contracts for approval by the Sales Manager.
- Document and share Minutes of Meeting (MoMs) internally and with clients.
- Communicate and support marketing activities (phone, social media, product training).
- Prepare client contracts and follow the internal approval process.
- Assist with the content creation (text, visuals, videos) for social media platforms.
- Organize and coordinate both physical (events, forums, job fairs) and online (webinars) events.
- Ensure brand consistency across all official and commercial documents.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns for ERP systems.
- Track and analyze marketing results to assess campaign effectiveness.
- Maintain updated customer databases.
- Respond to basic client inquiries and provide initial technical support.
- Communicate and coordinate with vendors (e.g., Zoho, Odoo) and internal teams.
- Submit daily reports to management and support internal coordination.
- Train the sales team on new ERP system products and features.
- Support the sales team in addressing client issues or concerns.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, IT, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business management.
- Excellent command of English and Arabic (spoken and written).
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented and dynamic environment.
- Proficient computer and CRM system skills.
