Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote and sell our products and services.
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs, offer suitable solutions, and close sales.
- Respond to customer inquiries clearly and professionally, turning them into sales opportunities while ensuring a positive experience.
- Follow up on marketing leads, build relationships with potential customers, and keep accurate records in the CRM system.
- Handle objections confidently, provide clear product information, and ensure a smooth sales process.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Requirements:
- At least 4 year of experience in sales, preferably from telesales, call centre or education industry.
- Able to communicate in English, B1 or above is required.
- Target-driven mindset with the ability to consistently meet sales goals.
