Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Amman. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, employee relations, training and development, policy implementation, and HR strategy. They will also handle payroll, benefits administration, and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Qualifications

- HR Policy Implementation and Strategy skills
- Payroll and Benefits Administration knowledge
- Understanding of labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Experience in the engineering or construction industry is a plus
