We are looking for a driven and energetic
Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. The role will be managing a team of Business Development Representativesand also play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships, and contributing to CEQUENS' growth. As well has managing the team of 5 Business Development Representatives the manager will also hunt and win business for CEQUENES as well. Please note that is not C level role.
Key Responsibilities:
Setting Goals & Strategy
- Define clear objectives for business growth
- Develop strategies for market expansion, lead generation, and client acquisition
- Align the team's efforts with company goals
Team Management & Leadership
- Recruit, train, and mentor business development executives or sales representatives
- Assign tasks and territories effectively
- Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback
- Motivate and inspire team members to meet targets
Sales & Relationship Management
- Oversee client acquisition and retention strategies
- Ensure the team maintains strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Provide guidance on negotiations and closing deals
- Identify and qualify potential clients and win business
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Track sales metrics, KPIs, and revenue growth
- Conduct regular performance reviews
- Report progress to senior management and adjust strategies as needed
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure business objectives align
- Coordinate with finance for budgeting and pricing strategies
Process Improvement & Training
- Identify areas for improvement in sales processes and team performance
- Conduct training sessions on sales techniques, industry trends, and company offerings
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven of experience in a sales 360 business development role preferably in the CPaaS, SaaS, or Telecom industries
- Proven experience of hands on manager of Business Development Representatives in a tech business a must
- Understanding of technology sales process
- Proven new business hunting experience
- Must to able to speak and write both English and Arabic to a business level
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillS
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and lead generation platforms
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
