Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Commission & Payroll Accountant with 4-7 years of accounting experience. In this role, you will be responsible for calculating and processing accurate sales commissions and payroll, ensuring compliance with tax and labor regulations, and reconciling payroll and commission accounts. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in payroll and commission processing, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with the finance team to improve efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately calculate and process sales commissions and payroll for employees.
- Ensure all commission and payroll calculations comply with tax laws and labor regulations.
- Reconcile payroll and commission accounts and generate reports for management.
- Provide support for other accounting tasks as needed, ensuring timely completion of all financial tasks.
- Collaborate with the finance team to improve processes, streamline workflows, and enhance overall efficiency in payroll and commission management.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
- 4-7 years of experience in accounting, specifically in payroll and commission processing.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to learn new accounting software quickly.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- High attention to detail, adaptability, and eagerness to learn.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including US timings.
