📌 Key Requirements:
PhD or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Minimum of 8 years of experience in investment and financial management
Solid experience in capital companies
Proven experience in investment, acquisitions, and mergers
Certifications: CME-1, CME-3, CME-4, CME-5
CFA, CMA Certified is preferable
Willingness to relocate to Saudi Arabia
