Key Responsibilities
As the Finance and Accounting Manager in the Third-Party Logistics industry, the candidate will play a critical role in overseeing the financial health and operational efficiency of our logistics and supply chain operations. The key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Developing and executing financial strategies to support the company’s long-term growth and operational objectives in the 3PL sector.
- Managing financial planning, reporting, and accounting operations specific to logistics and supply chain activities.
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies, particularly those relevant to the 3PL industry.
- Leading the preparation of comprehensive budgets and financial forecasts, with a focus on logistics cost management and profitability.
- Overseeing daily accounting functions, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and payroll, with an emphasis on vendor and client billing in the 3PL context.
- Providing senior management with actionable insights and recommendations to enhance profitability and cost efficiency in logistics operations.
- Managing cash flow and ensuring sufficient funds for operations, including working capital for logistics and supply chain activities.
- Collaborating with other departments, such as operations, procurement, and sales, to streamline financial processes and improve cost control in the 3PL environment.
- Leading and mentoring the finance and accounting team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work culture.
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and laws specific to Jordan, particularly those impacting the logistics and transportation sector.
Qualifications And Experience
- Knowledge in:
- IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards)
- Jordanian financial regulations, tax laws, and customs procedures
- Experience in team leadership
- CMA certified is preferred
- Experience in Logistics, FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods), or import/export operations (preferred)

- The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and hands-on expertise in financial management within the logistics or related industries.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems is highly desirable.
