Nobles Logistics and Industrial City (NLIC), a key project under Nobles Group. NLIC is dedicated to providing logistics and industrial solutions. Featuring state-of-the-art logistics parks, NLIC plays a vital role in supporting regional trade and industrial development, backed by its comprehensive infrastructure and strategic offerings.

Key Responsibilities

As the Finance and Accounting Manager in the Third-Party Logistics industry, the candidate will play a critical role in overseeing the financial health and operational efficiency of our logistics and supply chain operations. The key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Developing and executing financial strategies to support the company’s long-term growth and operational objectives in the 3PL sector.
  • Managing financial planning, reporting, and accounting operations specific to logistics and supply chain activities.
  • Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies, particularly those relevant to the 3PL industry.
  • Leading the preparation of comprehensive budgets and financial forecasts, with a focus on logistics cost management and profitability.
  • Overseeing daily accounting functions, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and payroll, with an emphasis on vendor and client billing in the 3PL context.
  • Providing senior management with actionable insights and recommendations to enhance profitability and cost efficiency in logistics operations.
  • Managing cash flow and ensuring sufficient funds for operations, including working capital for logistics and supply chain activities.
  • Collaborating with other departments, such as operations, procurement, and sales, to streamline financial processes and improve cost control in the 3PL environment.
  • Leading and mentoring the finance and accounting team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work culture.
  • Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and laws specific to Jordan, particularly those impacting the logistics and transportation sector.

Qualifications And Experience

  • Knowledge in:
  • IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards)
  • Jordanian financial regulations, tax laws, and customs procedures
  • Experience in team leadership
  • CMA certified is preferred
  • Experience in Logistics, FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods), or import/export operations (preferred)

Additional Information

  • The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and hands-on expertise in financial management within the logistics or related industries.
  • Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems is highly desirable.
