Responsibilities:
End-User Support & Helpdesk Operations:
- Serve as the first point of contact for IT support tickets and user issues.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems.
- Provide remote and on-site support for users across different departments.
- Manage user accounts and permissions within Microsoft 365 and Local Active Directory.
- Configure and support Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and Outlook.
- Handle IT onboarding and offboarding processes, including account setup, access provisioning/removal, and equipment handover coordination.
- Familiarity with Freshservice or other ticketing systems is a plus.
Asset Management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all IT hardware and software assets.
- Perform lifecycle management: deployment, tracking, maintenance, and secure disposal.
- Ensure compliance with software licensing across all company devices and environments.
- Coordinate with vendors for purchases, repairs, or replacements.
- Work across multiple asset management platforms if needed.
Endpoint Configuration & Security
- Install and configure laptops, software, and profiles for new joiners and reassignments.
- Ensure device compliance using Microsoft Intune and endpoint security policies.
- Support Microsoft Defender for Endpoint configuration and monitoring.
- Assist in implementing IT security policies and monitoring alerts.
Reporting & Documentation
- Generate regular reports on IT assets, support metrics, and compliance.
- Maintain accurate documentation of support logs.
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar IT support or helpdesk role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows OS and Microsoft 365.
- Experience with Microsoft Intune (or other MDM tools) and Defender is a strong plus.
- Strong understanding of IT asset management best practices.
- Good understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and basic troubleshooting of LAN/WAN connectivity issues.
- Comfortable working under pressure, managing multiple tasks with clear prioritization.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and reporting skills.

Additional Qualifications Considered an Advantage
- Knowledge of Intune or equivalent deployment tools.
- Familiarity with ITIL-based service management.
- Experience supporting multi-site or group company environments.
- Knowledge of Azure Active Directory (Microsoft Entra) for user and device management.
- Understanding of BitLocker encryption and device compliance requirements
