Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive strategic workforce planning frameworks, aligning talent acquisition, development, and retention with long-term business objectives.
- Conduct in-depth workforce analytics to identify current and future talent gaps, skill deficits, and potential risks, providing actionable recommendations.
- Design and maintain sophisticated forecasting models to predict future workforce needs based on market trends, economic conditions, and organizational growth projections.
- Lead scenario planning exercises to evaluate the impact of various business strategies and external factors on workforce requirements and organizational capacity.
- Collaborate with business leaders and HR stakeholders to translate strategic goals into specific workforce requirements, including headcount, skills, and competencies.
- Manage and execute workforce planning projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, stakeholder alignment, and successful integration of recommendations.
- Present complex data analysis and strategic recommendations to senior leadership through compelling data visualization and clear, concise communication.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field; Master of Business Administration (MBA) preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in workforce planning, strategic HR, or a related analytical consulting role.
- Demonstrated expertise in workforce analytics, forecasting models, scenario planning, and HR data analysis.
- Proven experience in strategic workforce planning methodologies and best practices.
- Proficiency in utilizing advanced analytical tools and platforms such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, and Power BI for data manipulation and visualization.
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong understanding of budgeting principles and financial modeling as they relate to workforce planning.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Workforce Planner (CWP) designation.
- Experience in consulting environments, leading projects and driving client engagement.
- Project management experience, including planning, execution, and stakeholder management.
- Fluency in Arabic.
