About the Role:
The Broadcaster Management Advisor is responsible for managing and developing broadcasters/KOLs across the North Europe market. The role focuses on broadcaster growth, content and event operations, performance analysis, and engagement, while ensuring strong communication and smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage the daily operations and communication of broadcasters/KOLs, providing ongoing support and maintaining strong relationships.
2. Monitor broadcaster performance, activity, content quality, and retention, and develop initiatives to improve engagement and growth.
3. Plan and execute in-app events and campaigns, including scheduling, promotion, broadcaster participation, implementation, and post-event optimization.
4. Analyze broadcaster and event performance data, track key metrics, identify opportunities, and provide data-driven recommendations to improve results.
5. Manage event-related operational tasks, including event setup, rules, rewards, promotional materials, and backend configuration to ensure smooth execution.
6. Handle broadcaster inquiries, complaints, and operational issues in a timely manner and coordinate with relevant teams when escalation is required.
7. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with agency owners and broadcasters across different tiers.
8. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on local campaigns, content initiatives, and market-specific projects.
9. Track local operational objectives and prepare regular reports on broadcaster, content, and campaign performance to support business decisions.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above; experience in live streaming, social media, content operations, creator/KOL management, or related fields is preferred.
2. Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn insights into operational improvements.
3. Excellent communication, relationship management, organizational, and project management skills.
4. Creative and proactive mindset with the ability to develop content, event, and broadcaster growth initiatives.
5. Proficiency in English as a working language; Dutch or Swedish is a plus.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
