Neptune Careers has been exclusively engaged by one of our clients to identify a highly creative and talented Designer Architect with a strong artistic vision, refined aesthetic sense and excellent design capabilities.
The successful candidate will develop architectural and interior design concepts, establish the overall creative direction and manage the design setup of projects from initial concept through execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop innovative and creative architectural and interior design concepts.
- Establish the overall artistic and aesthetic direction of projects.
- Prepare professional design presentations, mood boards, layouts, material palettes and concept boards.
- Develop and manage the complete design setup of projects from initial concept through execution.
- Select and coordinate materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, colors, textures and architectural details.
- Develop cohesive design schemes while maintaining a high level of creativity and attention to detail.
- Present design concepts professionally to clients, management and internal teams.
- Coordinate closely with project managers, technical teams, suppliers and execution teams.
- Ensure design concepts are both visually strong and practical for implementation.
- Prepare, develop and review architectural and interior design drawings.
- Review shop drawings and ensure the original design intent is maintained throughout execution.
- Participate in site visits and coordinate design requirements during the execution stage.
- Maintain high standards of quality, creativity, functionality and detailing across projects.
- Manage multiple projects and design requirements simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design or a related field.
- Preference for graduates of German universities or candidates with a strong international educational background.
- Previous experience in high-end residential, commercial, hospitality, luxury interiors or bespoke projects is preferred.
- Strong creative, artistic and conceptual design abilities.
- Excellent understanding of proportion, composition, materials, colors, textures, lighting and spatial design.
- Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, architectural details and construction applications.
- Excellent communication, presentation and client-facing skills.
- Professional, confident and presentable personality.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating creative and conceptual design capabilities.
- Proven project/design setup experience is essential.
- Ability to translate creative concepts into practical, executable designs.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of design assignments.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, Illustrator or equivalent design software.

This is not primarily a technical drafting or 3D-rendering role.
