The King Hussein Cancer Foundation (KHCF) is seeking to hire for the position Learning & Employee Experience Senior Manager at People, Systems and Culture Department.
The Senior Manager is responsible for shaping KHCF’s employee experience and organizational culture through targeted training and capacity-building initiatives that strengthen employee skills, support psychological wellbeing, and foster an inclusive, values-aligned environment where employees feel engaged and supported. The role acts as a culture champion, fostering a consistent, people-centered experience and capacity building from onboarding to retention
The role designs and delivers structured learning and development pathways—including competency-based training, knowledge sharing, mentorship, succession planning, internships, and career initiatives—to build individual and organizational capability. It also drives engagement, reinforces KHCF’s culture, and strengthens employer branding through meaningful learning experiences and a values-driven, high-performance environment.
Minimum education requirements: bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Relations, Industrial Engineering, Administrative Studies, or a related field.
Minimum years of experience required: 12 years in any relevant professional experience; in designing and delivering training and capacity-building programs, as well as initiatives related to employee wellbeing and organizational culture
