Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality softwaresolutions. You will play a key role in technical decision-making, mentoring developers, and driving best practices across the software development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications.
- Build responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Develop secure, efficient, and maintainable back-end services and APIs.
- Design, optimize, and maintain relational andNoSQL databases.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, andstakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Lead code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers through technical guidance and knowledge sharing.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and contribute to DevOps initiatives.
- Stay current with emerging technologies andrecommend improvements to existing systems.
- Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to long-term technology strategy.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalentpractical experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Experience with modern front-end frameworkssuch as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Strong experience with back-end technologiessuch as Node.js, .NET, Java, Python, or PHP.
- Experience building and consuming RESTful APIsand/or GraphQL services.
- Solid understanding of SQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
- Experience with Git and collaborative developmentworkflows.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and security best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience designing microservices architectures.
- Knowledge of automated testing frameworks andtest-driven development.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with monitoring, logging, and observability tools.
- Relevant cloud or technology certifications are a plus.
