About the Role: We are looking for a passionate and highly skilled Senior Backend Engineer . If you have a strong background in designing and building scalable, high-performance backend systems using Node.js and NestJS, and thrive on solving complex technical challenges, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain robust and secure APIs (RESTful & GraphQL) using Node.js and the NestJS framework.
- Write clean, scalable, testable, and well-documented code using TypeScript.
- Optimize applications and database performance for maximum speed and efficiency.
- Design and implement Microservices architecture where applicable.
- Collaborate closely with frontend teams and product managers to deliver seamless, end-to-end features.
- Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and advocate for highest engineering standards.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of proven experience as a Backend Engineer.
- Expert-level knowledge of the Node.js ecosystem, with deep and advanced experience in NestJS and TypeScript.
- Strong background in designing and managing both Relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB) databases.
- Deep understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and SOLID principles.
- Hands-on experience with caching solutions (e.g., Redis) and Message Brokers (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka).
- Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Cloud environments (AWS / GCP / Azure).
