We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in microservices architecture, .NET development, front-end technologies, cloud-native solutions, and full-stack application delivery.
This role will be responsible for designing scalable and secure software architectures, developing complex enterprise applications, guiding full-stack development practices, mentoring junior resources, and helping lead and build a high-performing development team.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience across both backend and front-end technologies, with the ability to design complete end-to-end solutions from user interface to database, integration, deployment, and production support.
Key Responsibilities
Software Architecture & Solution Design
- Design end-to-end software architecture for enterprise applications using microservices, .NET, front-end frameworks, APIs, databases, cloud platforms, and DevOps practices.
- Translate business and functional requirements into scalable, secure, maintainable, and high-performing technical solutions.
- Define architecture standards, technical patterns, integration approaches, development frameworks, and engineering best practices.
- Create solution architecture diagrams, technical design documents, system flow diagrams, API specifications, and implementation roadmaps.
- Evaluate existing systems and recommend improvements for scalability, performance, reliability, usability, security, maintainability, and modernization.
- Ensure proposed solutions align with business goals, technology strategy, compliance requirements, user experience expectations, and long-term product direction.
Microservices & Backend Development
- Lead the design and development of complex backend applications using .NET, C#, ASP.NET Core, REST APIs, Web APIs, Entity Framework, SQL Server, and microservices architecture.
- Define service boundaries, API contracts, communication patterns, data ownership, authentication, authorization, and integration strategies.
- Guide teams on microservices patterns such as API gateways, service discovery, event-driven architecture, messaging, fault tolerance, observability, containerization, and distributed transactions.
- Support hands-on development when required, especially for complex modules, technical proof of concepts, reusable frameworks, accelerators, and production issue resolution.
- Ensure backend services are designed with scalability, resilience, performance, security, maintainability, and operational support in mind.
Front-End & Full-Stack Development
- Design and guide the development of modern, responsive, user-friendly front-end applications.
- Demonstrate hands-on experience with front-end technologies such as Angular, React, Vue.js, Blazor, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, Material UI, or similar frameworks.
- Define front-end architecture, component structure, state management approach, routing, authentication flows, UI integration patterns, and reusable design components.
- Ensure seamless integration between front-end applications and backend APIs or microservices.
- Guide teams on full-stack development best practices, including clean code, reusable components, secure API consumption, performance optimization, accessibility, and responsive design.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product owners, and business stakeholders to convert user requirements and designs into effective application experiences.
- Review front-end code quality, application performance, browser compatibility, security, maintainability, and user experience.
- Ensure consistent implementation of UI standards, design systems, and front-end development guidelines across applications.
Technical Leadership
- Provide technical direction to developers, engineers, and technical leads across backend, front-end, integration, and cloud development areas.
- Lead architecture reviews, code reviews, design discussions, technical planning sessions, and technology selection decisions.
- Establish coding standards, design principles, reusable frameworks, front-end patterns, backend patterns, and full-stack engineering guidelines.
- Help resolve complex technical challenges related to application design, API integration, performance, deployment, security, user experience, and production stability.
- Collaborate with product owners, project managers, business analysts, QA teams, DevOps engineers, UI/UX teams, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
Team Building & Mentorship
- Mentor and train junior and mid-level developers on software architecture, .NET development, front-end development, microservices, clean code, design patterns, API design, and full-stack engineering practices.
- Support the development of internal technical capabilities through training sessions, workshops, technical documentation, code walkthroughs, and hands-on coaching.
- Help build, structure, and grow the development team by identifying skill gaps, defining roles, supporting recruitment, and improving delivery maturity.
- Promote a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, accountability, continuous learning, ownership, and innovation.
- Guide developers in troubleshooting, debugging, solution design, code optimization, and professional growth.
Delivery, Governance & Quality
- Ensure solutions are delivered according to defined architecture, quality standards, timelines, and business expectations.
- Work with DevOps teams to support CI/CD pipelines, deployment strategies, release management, monitoring, logging, and cloud infrastructure readiness.
- Define and validate non-functional requirements including performance, security, availability, scalability, usability, accessibility, disaster recovery, and observability.
- Ensure proper documentation of architecture, technical decisions, APIs, UI flows, system integrations, deployment processes, and development standards.
- Participate in risk assessment, technical estimation, project planning, sprint planning, and delivery governance.
- Support production systems by providing architectural guidance for incident resolution, root cause analysis, performance tuning, and long-term fixes.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong professional experience in software architecture, solution design, full-stack development, and enterprise application delivery.
- Hands-on experience with .NET, C#, ASP.NET Core, Web APIs, REST APIs, Entity Framework, SQL Server, and modern backend development.
- Strong experience designing and implementing microservices-based architectures.
- Strong front-end development experience using one or more modern frameworks such as Angular, React, Vue.js, or Blazor.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, front-end build tools, and UI component development.
- Ability to design and develop complete full-stack solutions covering user interface, business logic, APIs, databases, integrations, cloud deployment, and monitoring.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, API design, integration patterns, event-driven architecture, messaging queues, and service orchestration.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud, preferably Azure.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and automated deployment processes.
- Solid understanding of software design principles including SOLID, clean architecture, domain-driven design, design patterns, secure coding practices, and separation of concerns.
- Experience with application performance tuning, scalability planning, monitoring, logging, and observability across both front-end and backend systems.
- Ability to lead technical teams, mentor developers, and influence engineering best practices.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building or modernizing enterprise systems using microservices, cloud-native architecture, and modern front-end frameworks.
- Experience with event-driven technologies such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus, or similar messaging platforms.
- Experience with API management platforms, API gateways, identity providers, and authentication standards such as OAuth2, OpenID Connect, JWT, SSO, and role-based access control.
- Experience with front-end architecture practices such as state management, lazy loading, modular design, design systems, reusable component libraries, and front-end performance optimization.
- Experience with UI/UX collaboration, accessibility standards, responsive web design, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Experience with architecture governance, technical roadmaps, engineering standards, and team capability development.
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, AWS Solutions Architect, or similar are preferred.
