Key Accountabilities :
- Provide one-on-one career coaching and mentoring to help beneficiaries define career goals, develop their employability, and achieve successful employment outcomes.
- Prepare beneficiaries for the job market by delivering interview preparation sessions, conducting mock interviews, and providing guidance on CV writing, LinkedIn profile optimization, and effective job search techniques.
- Deliver workshops and group sessions to develop beneficiaries' soft skills, workplace readiness, and overall employability.
- Manage the end-to-end beneficiary journey by providing continuous support, monitoring progress, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely follow-up throughout the program.
- Work closely with the Employer Engagement team to facilitate beneficiary referrals, support recruitment activities, and increase successful employment outcomes.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with beneficiaries, employers, and internal stakeholders through effective communication and collaboration.
- Identify beneficiaries' development needs, address employment challenges, and recommend appropriate solutions to improve their readiness for the labor market.
- Prepare accurate reports, track program outcomes and KPIs, and ensure compliance with organizational processes and reporting requirements.
- Conduct regular field visits across the Kingdom's governorates to support beneficiaries, strengthen employer relationships, and ensure effective program outreach.
Education & Experience :
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Psychology, HR Management
- 3-5 years of experience in coaching, educational project management.
- Due to the nature of the project, a valid driving license is mandatory, as the role requires frequent travel across all governorates of the Kingdom, from north to south.
- HR Certificates are a plus
