Role Description
The Client Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Amman. This role is responsible for building, maintaining, and strengthening relationships with fitness studios, wellness providers, and key partners on the YourPass platform. Day-to-day tasks include onboarding new partners, event planning, managing regular communication, handling inquiries and concerns, and ensuring a smooth experience for both partners and users. The Client Relationship Manager will track performance metrics, gather feedback, and collaborate with internal teams to improve services and processes. The role also involves identifying growth opportunities, supporting promotional campaigns, event planning , and representing YourPass in meetings and local events.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in client relationship management, account management, or customer success.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Organizational and time-management abilities, including handling multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort with digital tools and CRM or partner management systems; familiarity with app-based services or tech platforms is an advantage.
- Interest in fitness, wellness, or lifestyle services and an understanding of the local Amman market is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Amman, collaborate within a team, and take initiative to solve problems and improve processes.
- Proficiency in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly beneficial for local partner communication.
