As part of our continuous growth and transformation journey, we are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Talent Acquisition & Employee Relations Supervisor to join our HR team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from vacancy request to onboarding.
- Source, screen, and assess candidates through various recruitment channels.
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate hiring processes with hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Prepare employment offers and follow up on probation period evaluations.
- Track and analyze recruitment KPIs and hiring reports.
- Support employee relations activities, including employee inquiries, investigations, and disciplinary actions.
- Conduct exit interviews and provide turnover analysis.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data.
- Support HR Operations activities, including training coordination, workforce planning, and HR initiatives.
- Support performance management and employee development activities as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment.
- Experience in Employee Relations and HR Operations is preferred.
- Strong interviewing, sourcing, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Jordanian Labor Law.
- Experience with HR systems and reporting tools is an advantage.
- Excellent command of Arabic and English.
