About the Role
We're looking for a People & Culture Officer to join our team in a full-time, on-site role based in Amman, Jordan.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing people, operations, and culture while ensuring a seamless employee experience. You'll play a key role in supporting our growing team and helping build an outstanding workplace.
What You'll Own
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
- Handle HR operations and employee records.
- Prepare contracts, letters, and HR documentation.
- Support employee relations and day-to-day HR requests.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal events.
- Manage attendance, leave, employee lifecycle processes, and HR administration.
- Maintain HR systems and ensure accurate employee data.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Jordanian labor law.
- Continuously improve HR processes and employee experience.
What We're Looking For
- 4–6 years of experience in HR as a Generalist, People & Culture Officer, or HR Officer.
- Strong knowledge of Jordanian labor law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment is a plus.
