Job Summary
Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Human Resources (HR) Specialist to join our regional Human Resources team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering essential HR administrative execution and first-line advisory support across Jordan, Qatar, and Kuwait.
You will work closely with internal employees (known here as Mountaineers), people leaders, and external HR outsourcing partners to ensure a positive, consistent, and compliant employee experience.
What You'll Do
In this role, you will:
- Responsibility 1: Deliver accurate and timely HR administration, including maintaining precise digital and physical employee records, processing documentation, and generating standard HR reports to ensure operational excellence.
- Responsibility 2: Collaborate with employees, people leaders, and external HR outsourcing partners to provide first-line advisory support on routine matters like policy guidance, absence management, exits, and performance conduct.
- Responsibility 3: Ensure compliance with local labor laws, organizational standards, and corporate regulations across Jordan, Qatar, and Kuwait, escalating complex issues to senior HR counsel when necessary.
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
- Foundational experience in HR administration and systems data management, with a proven ability to process data, records, and employee benefits with high precision.
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws and compliance frameworks specific to Jordan, Qatar, and/or Kuwait.
- Proven ability in stakeholder management and collaboration, including experience supporting consultation and negotiation processes with employee representatives.
- A professional HR certification, alongside mandatory fluency in both English and Arabic (proficiency in French is a plus).
