Role Description The Human Resources Generalist is a full-time, on-site position based in Amman. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including supporting recruitment activities, onboarding new team members, and maintaining accurate employee records. The HR Generalist will help implement HR policies, coordinate performance review processes, and support learning and development initiatives. The role includes administering employee benefits, responding to HR-related inquiries, and ensuring compliance with local labor regulations and company standards. The HR Generalist will collaborate closely with managers and employees to promote a positive, inclusive workplace and efficient HR processes in line with Arkan Tech’s fast-growing environment.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience in generalist or similar HR roles.
- Knowledge of HR Policies and local labor laws, with the ability to implement and communicate policies clearly.
- Experience with Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration, including enrollment, updates, and employee support.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills, with a focus on fairness and confidentiality.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work accurately in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in HR systems or HRIS and basic office software (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing, HR tools).
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Prior experience in the technology or e-commerce sector is an advantage.
