Role Description The Human Resources Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Sahab. This role is responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations, including managing employee records, assisting with recruitment and onboarding, and coordinating training and development activities. The Human Resources Specialist will implement and maintain HR policies, administer employee benefits, and support performance management and personnel-related procedures. The role includes responding to employee inquiries, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards, and collaborating with management to foster a positive, inclusive work environment.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) practices and HR Management, with the ability to support daily HR operations and initiatives.
- Experience developing, implementing, and maintaining HR Policies that align with local regulations and organizational objectives.
- Knowledge of Employee Benefits administration, including enrollment, updates, and communication of benefits-related information.
- Skills in Personnel Management, including employee relations, performance documentation, and support for managers and team members.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Familiarity with labor laws and HR compliance requirements in the region.
- Proficiency in HR information systems and MS Office tools.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organization skills, with the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Previous experience in industrial, manufacturing, or environmentally focused organizations is an advantage.
